All FOIA requests can be submitted to the Township Clerk Pamela Joy Moretti.

FOIA requests are accepted via e-mail at [email protected] or by fax at (630) 279-5258.  Or requests can also be submitted by mail or in person at the Township office located at 401 N. Addison Rd., Addison, IL 60101.
