Highway Department
Thank you for visiting the Addison Township Highway Department. The Highway Commissioner and the experienced, enthusiastic Highway Department Crew maintain the right-of-way in unincorporated Addison Township areas. With few exceptions, the right-of-way is 66 feet wide or 33 feet from the center of the street to the property line.
Within those 66 feet, the Road District assumes many essential responsibilities, including brush and branch pickup, drainage, roadside mowing, snow removal, and storm damage relief.
